Branch County Fair

EVENT DAY GUIDELINES & PROCEDURES:
EVENT: May 9th & 10th  

Schedule of Events Include:

Friday, May 9th
8am-6pm Setup
12 pm Gates Open 
12 pm-6 pm Swap Meet and Craft Vendors, Food Trucks & More-- $5 admission fee, 12 & under free

Saturday, May 10th
7 am Setup
8 am Gates Open, Car Show, Swap Meet & Craft Vendors
9 am Flag Raising 
Noon Blessing of the Bikes
Food Trucks & More- $5 admission, 12 & under free  

 

All vendors must be cleaned up by noon, Sunday May 11th

 

Spaces are on a 1st come, 1 serve basis and are NOT considered reserved unless paid in full. WE will do our best to accomodate special requests. However, we cannont guarantee availability.

Swap Meet Spaces: 100% Auto or Motorcycle related products ONLY
Inside: 10' wide x 8' deep
Outside: 15' wide x 24' deep
Craft Market Place Spaces:
Inside: 10' wide x 8' deep
Outside: 20' wide x 10' deep

        Vendors (and assistants):

• are required to provide all necessary items to set up their booth/table. 
•        shall not remove their booth/sales table prior to the end of the event.  
•       must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event. 

NO REFUNDS! 

 

 

 

Branch County Fair reserves the right to market you/your items before/during/after to include social media and photos (we use a photo taken at one event including your picture to advertise our next
event).

LIABILITY: Vendors shall comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of any lawful authority, agency or government unity which apply to the use of its vending space, including without limitation, any state or local applicable fire and building code and/or health regulations applicable to the locality in which the event is taking place. And insurance liability policy must be provided to Branch Vounty Fair prior to the event. 

The Vendor shall be solely responsible for any and all injuries to persons or damages to property or any other injury, claim, damage or loss of whatever nature, arising from or related to the Event. Vendor shall indemnify, save and hold harmless Branch County Fair, its agents and volunteers from and against all liability, loss, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of injury to person (including death) or damage to property or any other injury, claim, damage, loss, cost or expense arising from the Event performed by vendor including, but not limited to, any negligence, act or omission of vendor.

The Vendor agrees to accept responsibility for all materials and goods furnished by him/her, and used or displayed in the booth area and accepts full responsibility for his/her personal property. Vendor agrees that Branch County Fair,its volunteers and agents shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to vendor’s equipment, supplies, goods or other property.

Branch County Fair shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the property of vendor or any of its representatives, employees, agents, patrons and guests, because of fire, robbery, accidents, or any other cause whatsoever that may arise from vendor’s use or occupancy of its allocated space during the Event.

The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Branch County Fair representatives, and agents against any and all claims of any person whomsoever, from acts or omissions of the vendor, its representatives, employees, agents, patrons, or guests.
