    This is for both our CWCC Leadership Lab and Mentorship Programs
  • As leaders, women - and women of color - are struggling to get to the very top.

    • Less than 26% of CEOs are women and only 4% are held by women of color
    • Only 10.4% of Fortune 500 CEOs are women
    • 2021 was the first time in history that two Black women were appointed CEO of Fortune 500 companies
    • In 2022, women made about 82 cents for every dollar earned by a white non-Hispanic man
    • Black women make 62 cents for every dollar earned
    • Native American women make 57 cents for every dollar earned by a white non-Hsipanic man
    • Latina women make 54 cents for every dollar a white man earns
    • At this rate, Latina women stand to lose $1.2 million dollars over the course of their careers, and Black women stand to lose $964,40

     

    The CWCC and their Foudnation (CWCF) is working to change these statistics And we need more dynamic leaders like you.

  • 2024-25 Scholarship APPLICATION

  • Applications must be received by August 30, 2024. Follow up interviews will be scheduled as applications are received. Submit applications to Leah Caputo, Senior Program Manager, lcaputo@cwcc.org.

     

    Remember, scholarship assistance is not guaranteed and will be based on financial need. 

     

    Please submit this form in its entirety because this is reviewed by different individuals than your program application. You may use similar answers, if you feel so inclined. 

     

    Applicates will be notified upon acceptance to the program if they were awarded a scholarship. If full requested amount is not award, the CWCC team can work with individuals on a financial plan. 

  • Eligibility requirements: Colorado Women’s Chamber Foundation Scholarship applicants should demonstrate a strong commitment to their professional development, community, personal growth, and women’s advancement. Applicants should exhibit leadership potential and a desire to take on influential roles within their organizations or industries. This can be demonstrated through:  

     

    • Previous leadership experiences 
    • Participation in community or professional organizations 
    • And/or a track record of taking initiative and making a positive impact in their work environment. 

     

    This scholarship is open to women with diverse professional experience and educational backgrounds. Applicants should highlight their dedication to continuous learning, skill development, and desire to advance women in business. 

     


    Scholarships will be awarded to each individual up to 50% of the total program tuition. amounts The number of scholarships awarded will be determined based on the number of applicants and the amount of available scholarship funding. In addition, full tuition scholarships will be considered based on available funding.
