Per our Referral Incentive Program, any staff member who refers a Certified Teacher holding either a CE, CEAS, Provisional, or Standard; Certified Educational Support Service candidate holding a Standard Certification; OR a School Certified or Registered Nurse permanently hired full time and employed with the organization for (3) months will be eligible to receive $500 as an incentive.

 

To qualify, you must:

 

1. Direct your referral to www.ilearnschools.org/careers to apply online and be sure to have the applicant put your name as the referral source.
2. Submit a Referral Incentive Form from your school’s portal after the applicant’s start date.
3. Employee and the referral must be actively employed with iLearn Schools at the time payment is processed.

 

**All applications must be fully completed and submitted via Frontline Applicant Tracking.

**Payment will be processed in the payroll following the board meeting after the completion of the referral’s (3) three full month’s of employment.
