  • The Vendor Auditor will be an individual with advanced skills and knowledge who is assigned to review a Vendor's Design, Installation, Inspection, Training, and Practitioner Certification services. Although they may not have the qualifications to audit all service areas, they must be able to review a minimum of two service areas.

    This application has features that require you to fill out only the applicable information. However, depending on how many services you are applying for, there may be some redundancy. 

    Once submitted, the Program Manager will review its contents to ensure the qualifications are met. After verification, you will receive a link to the Vendor Auditor Training. This training must be completed before you are approved to proceed with audits.

  • I have a minimum of five (5) years of employment experience in the Challenge Course industry.*
  • I am a current or former employee of an ACCT PVM whose job responsibilities included: 1. Management 2. Policy decision-making related to services 3. Minimum employment term of three (3) years*
  • I have a minimum of five (5) years of employment experience in the Challenge Course industry.*
  • I have volunteered with the Association.*
  • I have a strong ability to provide effective verbal, written, and technical feedback.*
  • I have the ability to research and understand regulatory structures and apply them to the audit.*

  • I have previously served as a Vendor Reviewer (Technical or Administrative Reviewer) for a minimum of three PVM reviews, or, apprenticed with a Reviewer for a minimum of two reviews (initial or maintenance reviews).*

  • I have a comprehensive understanding of Chapter 1 DPI Standards.

  • Inspection Specific Auditor Qualifications

  • I hold a current Level 2 Professional Inspector Certification.
  • I can work in both metric and imperial systems of measurement.
  • I have a comprehensive understanding of ASTM Standards.
  • I have a comprehensive understanding of Chapter 1 DPI Standards.

  • Training Specific Auditor Qualifications

  • I have experience training in all three delivery approaches. (Facilitated, Guided, Self-Guided)
  • I have experience in professional training as a vended service.
  • I have a comprehensive understanding of Chapter 2 Operation Standards and 3 Training Standards.

    I have reviewed and understood the Vendor Auditor qualification requirements for the vendor services I have applied for. All statements and supporting documents are true and correct. I understand that any misrepresentation will subject me to disciplinary action by ACCT, including, but not limited to, the revocation of my Vendor Auditor status.

    If my application is approved, I will complete the Vendor Auditor training in the specified time period I am given. 

    I will also submit the appropriate onboarding documents to the Program Manager and Executive Director in the specific time period I am given after I have completed the Vendor Auditor training.
