  • Terms & Conditions

    All payments for services by The Travel Haus are NONREFUNDABLE. In the event you need to cancel your trip once it’s been booked refunds are determined by the airlines, hotels, excursions companies etc. After 30 days from the trip quote information is sent, a new service fee is required if nothing was communicated to me about a booking decision. To have an easier and smoother process with booking your trip, please plan in advance. At least 4-6 months from departure date if you are able to. This will give you time to make payments and secure your trip with a deposit if it is an option. Prices are subject to change until a payment is made. If insurance is declined, a waiver has to be filled out and charges can apply for any changes or cancellations.
