1 Hour of event time equals 1 CPD hour. 30 Minutes of event time equals 0.5 CPD hours.

CPD Hours are not counted in increments of 0.25, only increments of 0.5. E.g. If your session goes for 45 minutes, then request 1 CPD Hour or 0.5 CPD Hours. You will not receive an email with your code if you request CPD Hours in increments of 0.25

Breaks can be counted if they include networking opportunities.
