In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Bellaire Cookbook Recipe Submission Program, I hereby grant to the City of Bellaire the perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use the recipe(s), photograph(s), and any related materials I submit to the Bellaire Cookbook, in whole or in part, as follows: (a) on any City of Bellaire website or social media channels, or in other media or publications controlled by the City of Bellaire; (b) the right to edit or adapt the recipe(s); and (c) the right, but not the obligation, to use my name and photo in connection with the recipe(s).

I warrant that the recipe(s) is original, does not infringe upon or violate the rights of others, and that I have the authority to grant the rights herein. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold the City of Bellaire harmless against any costs incurred by the City of Bellaire arising out of a breach of the foregoing warranty.
