There is a payment plan option available for Lifetime Memberships. The membership becomes active once payment has been received in full.

  • Lifetime Member Gift

    This form will ask for basic payment logistics from each person sponsoring the membership- please just submit one form per sponsored Lifetime Member. Only submit it once you have a pledge totaling $1000 for Professional Lifetime Membership and $800 for Associate Lifetime Membership. If you have more than 5 sponsors, please reach out to membership@shpe.org for instructions on how to submit this form. NEW THIS YEAR- The first installment must be paid for the person receiving the LM gift to receive their pin onstage during the Lifetime Member Reception during National Convention.
