I acknowledge the dress policy of The Wonder Years Academy. Attire. Staff shall wear black jeans or khaki-style pants. Yoga style pants are strictly prohibited. Sweatpants are prohibited. Shirts shall be a dark blue, polo-style, shirt with a collar. T-shirts may not be worn as an outer garment. Shorts may be worn (weather-permitting) and must be of a length that is equal to or longer than the tips of your fingers with your hands placed at your sides. Infant room care-givers may wear "scrubs." Comfortable, closed toed shoes shall be worn. No open-toes shoes. Socks or 'infant room" footwear shall be worn when in the infant room. Jewelry. Keep in mind that children of all ages can grab any loose jewelry. Therefore, it is our policy to prohibit the wearing of any jewelry that hangs, or dangles (including earrings, and necklaces). Extra care should be made to not wear any jewelry with sharp edges. Hair must be kept neat, and clean and worn in a style that allows staff to conduct responsibilities without hindrance. Make sure hair is not covering your eyes and also does not prohibit visibility of your classroom.
