    Diamond 💎 Excursions Ladies'Edition, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We're located in Hattiesburg, MS. Our goal is to serve. We do so through two programs: 

    • Boots on the Ground by Project GAP (Outreach & Pop-Up Shops)
    • MS HUB Complex (Resource Center)

    Checks and money orders must be received seven (7) days prior to any event. If space allows, and approved by management, credit card and cash payments maybe received up to 24 hours before the event.

  • If not interested in becoming an event host or hostess, skip to Liability Waver.

  • Are you interested in hosting an event? (Host/Hostess Fee starts at $2500. Includes: set-up, give-a-way, and breakdown).
  • If approved, as an event host, will you be able to secure 10–15 volunteers?
  • If approved, as an event host, will you be able to secure a forklift or tractor to assist with off loading the donations?
  • Liability Waiver: I release Diamond Excursions Ladies’ Edition, it’s programs, affiliates, partners, staff, volunteers, interns, and sponsors; from any and all incidents, accidents, injuries, harm, damages, loss or stolen personal property. In the event of an accident or incident, I agree not to sue, hold liable, harm, bash, perform malicious intent, slander, defamation of character, provoke, picket, or stalk any of the parties listed above.*
  • Photo & Video Release: I hereby give permission and release to Diamond Excursions Ladies Edition, it programs, affliates, partners, staff, interns, volunteers, and sponsors; any and all photos and videos taken before, during, and after an event. I understand that my photos maybe used but, not limited to, promotional material, purposes, content creation, media coverage, training, workshops, and speaking engagements. I understand and release my photos.*

  • Payment is due upon submission. If payment is not receive within 24 hours, an invoice will be sent to you via email.
