PARTY POD RESERVATION

Each Party Pod reservation includes:

➔  2 hours for your party with space for up to 30 people

➔  30 minutes before to set up

➔  30 minutes after for clean up

➔  All for just $65 + tax

Your celebration can include food, cake, beverages, non-helium filled balloons and decorations of your choosing. Food, beverages and balloons (not filled with helium), including desserts, party favors and candy, must remain inside the Party Pod room and not be consumed on the grass. Unfortunately, we do not have accomodations for pinatas.

How do I reserve the Party Pod?

PARK COLLECTIVE

ROOM USE AGREEMENT

In consideration for the benefit of using the Party Pod Room at Park Collective (7450 E Pav Way, Prescott, Valley, AZ 86314) hereinafter referred to as the "Facilities" by {name}, hereinafter referred to as the "User",  agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions of use described in this Agreement.

I, {name},  have read and understand the above information and agree that:

1. I understand that setup time begins 30 minutes before the event start time and that access to the Party Pod will begin at this time.
2. I understand that resetting and cleaning the room, "Clean Up", must be completed within 30 minutes after the event end time and that access to the Party Pod will end at this time.
3. I am responsible for the set up and clean up of the space I am using, and those using the space before me may not leave it as clean as after regular maintenance
4. The furniture and equipment in the space are to remain in the space
5. Tacks, staples, nails, etc., should not be used on the walls. Only blue painters’ tape can be used on the walls or glass
6. Helium filled balloons are not permitted.
7. I will inform and enforce Park Collective Room Use Guidelines with all in my group and supervise minors.
8. Open flame is prohibited in the building and the room.
9. Vaping, tobacco products, marijuana, alcoholic beverages, and glass containers are not allowed in the Party Pod or anywhere in the facility.
10. Food and beverages, including desserts and candy, shall remain inside the room and shall not be consumed on the grass
11. Abusive, violent, or disorderly behavior will result in User being removed from the Party Pod and/or the Facilities
12. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will only be provided if written notice is provided within 10 business days
13. All setup and cleanup are the responsibility of the user

User acknowledges that Park Collective will provide no supervisor or control over the facilities when being used by User.

User will provide adequate supervision for all activities conducted in the Room or in the facility.

If Park Collective deems it necessary, User promises and warrants that User will obtain signed Activity Participation Agreements (provided by or acceptable to Park Collective) from each participant in the Event. If the participants are minors, User will obtain the signature of at least one parent or legal guardian on each Activity Participation Agreement.

This Agreement contains all legal obligations of the Parties and supersedes all prior written or oral contracts relating to the subject matter.

I will hold Park Collective and its constituents harmless and will defend, indemnify, and protect Park Collective for damages sustained as a result of injury or property damage from the use of the Room / Space.
