Please note that when your account is deleted after you submit this form:
- You will no longer be able to log in to online banking or the RFCU mobile app.
- You will not be able to see electronic copies of past account statements. If you have opted-in to receive electronic statements, your preference will be changed to receive paper statements.
- Any activity you previously set up within online banking or our mobile app will be deleted. This includes account alerts, Bill Pay payments and payee info, External Transfers and Pay a Person activity, and scheduled or recurring transfers, as well as any history for any of these services.
- Your RFCU accounts and loans will remain open and unaffected. This form is only used for deleting your online banking account.
- We will contact you for verification of your request.
