By completing this form:
- I understand that I am requesting a seven-day pass to transport waste and/or recycling from my own residence to a Wake County Convenience Center using a box truck, dual-axle trailer, or enclosed trailer.
- I acknowledge that this pass is available solely for private use by Wake County residents, and no commercial passes will be issued.
- I agree to provide proof of ownership or rental of the property prior to issuance of pass.
- I understand that processing and approval may take up to 2 BUSINESS DAYS, and I acknowledge that requests will not be reviewed on Saturdays and Sundays. (If you have time constraints, waste can be taken to the South Wake Landfill (for a fee) Monday–Saturday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m., located at 6300 Old Smithfield Road, Apex, NC 27539.
