SCHEDULE: During the clinic, participants will work individually with Dan during their session each day. Sessions will start at around 9am and conclude at approximately 4pm, with an hour-long lunch break. Everyone will meet at 9:00am for Dan's introduction to the clinic and to organize the sessions for the day.

AMENITIES: To reserve amenities, please contact Taylor, the clinic host for more information and to reserve stalls. 

STALLS: Stalls are available at a cost of $40 per night. Participants to bring their own shavings. It's important to note that stalls are self-care, so participants should bring all necessary supplies for their horse's care. To reserve stalls, please contact clinic host. No turnout is available for horses. All participating horses will be in stalls. Hand grazing available in designated areas. 

IMPORTANT: A $50 stall cleaning deposit is automatically added to your clinic participation fee. We require you to leave the stall the same way you found it: clean. This deposit will be returned to you after the clinic once it is determined that you left the stall clean and in good condition. By registering for this clinic, you agree to clean your stall upon departure and leave it in the manner you found it.

RV HOOK UPS: A limited number of RV hookups are available at a rate of $45 per night. This includes water and electric hookup. 

GROUNDSFEE: (For hauling in each day of the clinic) $15.00 per day or $75.00 for the entire week. 

HORSE CHECK-IN: Upon arrival, participants will be required to provide an up-to-date Health Certificate and Coggins for their horses before unloading.

LUNCH: Daily lunches will be available for purchase at facility. 

 

 

 

Cancelation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your particiaption. Please take note of our cancellation policy outline below:

1. Limited Participant Availability: Dan accepts only a limited number of clinic participants, which allows for a more personalized and valuable experience for all attendees. 

2. Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel your clinic registration up to 4 weeks before the clinic, a 50% non-refundable fee will be applied. This fee is non-negotiable and helps us maintain our commitment to providing exceptional clinics while managing participant numbers effectively. Clinic fees can be credited, however fees paid to participate in this exclusive clinic will not be refunded.

Credited fees are transferrable and can be applied towards other clinics or transferred to another person within one year from the clinic date. Please note that clinic fees will expire after one year if not utilized as credit towards another clinic
