  • EMERALD STUDIO HIRE FEES

    Both studios are fully equipped with sprung vinyl dance floors, heating, air conditioning and kitchen facilities. Mirrors are available in Emerald Studio 2.

    Studio Dimensions

    Emerald Studio 1 - 11.1m x 7.8m
    Emerald Studio 2 - 9.5m x 6.6m
    Emerald Studios 1 & 2 - 14.4m x 9.5m

    PLEASE NOTE: Hire rates are charged with a minimum one hour booking period. A 10% surcharge applies for weekend bookings.

    A $50 Cleaning Fee will be charged if necessary at the end of your hire. Cleaning items can be provided to avoid this charge.

    Prices are inclusive of GST.

    BOND: Depending on the purpose of hire, a Bond of $250 may be charged. This bond is fully refundable provided there has been no breach of this Agreement
