Terms and Conditions: By submitting this registration form, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth by the Bridget Pettis Foundation. These terms may be updated periodically, and it is the vendor's responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
Compliance with Laws: The vendor agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations in the performance of their obligations under this agreement.
Insurance Requirements: The vendor must maintain adequate insurance coverage, including general liability and product liability insurance, throughout the duration of the agreement. Proof of insurance must be provided upon request.
Confidentiality: Any confidential information disclosed by the Bridget Pettis Foundation to the vendor must not be shared with third parties without prior written consent. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the agreement.
Indemnification: The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Bridget Pettis Foundation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or resulting from the vendor's performance under this agreement.
Termination: Bridget Pettis Foundation reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the vendor. Upon termination, the vendor must cease all use of the Bridget Pettis Foundation's intellectual property and return any confidential information.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona( Maricopa County).
