Terms and Condition / Cancellation Fee
We are LUXURY VOYAGES and we are thrilled to assist you in planning your cruise getaways. The terms & conditions outlined in this Agreement detail the services we provide.

Please review them thoroughly before making any purchases or bookings with us.

If a cruise is cancelled before the full deposit is paid, the first payment per person will not be refunded.

Once a cruise is booked and payments are processed and confirmed, regardless of whether travel insurance was purchased, a $25 per person cancellation fee will be deducted from the expected refund amount for Luxury Voyages.

If payment deadlines are not met, the reservation will be forfeited and the cabin will be cancelled. If you choose to re-book, the prices will be determined at the time of the new reservation.

If a new passenger is to be included in the booking, registration is required. Registration for each passenger is mandatory prior to being added to the booking.

The cancellation policy applies to all services provided by LUXURY VOYAGES Cruises. A written notice via email is necessary for cancellations. LUXURY VOYAGES is not liable for any extra costs including airline cancellation fees, visa fees, vaccinations, clothing or equipment purchases, or any other expenses resulting from the cancellation.
