This year ParalympicsGB launched it's first ever Athlete Community as part of this we want to celebrate the achievements of all our Paralympians and in particular we want to document the legacy of those who have passed - without whom the games would not be where they are today. Thank you for considering sharing the details of your loved one, by completing this form we will use this information to produce future celebratory projects that they deserve, whilst also supporting the catalogue of our history.
