Thank you for helping us celebrate 55 years of Project Enlightenment's service to Wake County children, families, and educators by sponsoring Project Palooza 2024!

This year's event will be held on Saturday, October 5th from 10am to 1pm in the Project Enlightenment parking lot off Florence Street.

Please complete the following information to confirm your sponsorship and ensure you have the appropriate materials if you plan to have a presence at the event.

Do you need Project Enlightenment Foundation (PEF) to provide a tent (10' x 10') for your space? (Most business sponsors with a presence at the event will want a tent).

Do you need any additional resources or space (i.e., grassy space, space in front of your booth, PEF volunteer assistance, etc.)? We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but due to the limitations of the parking lot we cannot guarantee.

Are you able to translate all of your signage into Spanish? If not, can you send our team signage language at least 2-3 weeks before the event so that we can assist?

A note about our new payment process before you click "submit":

Project Enlightenment Foundation has recently begun using Givebutter for event registration and payment processing. The Givebutter platform offers many tools for nonprofit organizations to make events easier, like QR code check-in. It also makes more payment options available for donors, including credit card, PayPal, digital wallets, Venmo and ACH as well as DAFs.

Givebutter is free to nonprofit organizations thanks to optional "tips" from users. They also show donors the online processing fees assessed by credit card and digital wallet companies, giving donors the opportunity to cover those fees so their entire intended donation goes to the nonprofit.

When you complete your sponsor payment, you will see the processing fees associated with your transaction. You will also be offered an option to tip Givebutter for its service. Whether you choose to cover fees or to tip is completely up to you, and suggested amounts can be changed or zeroed out.
