Two Projects. One Magical Year.
We’re looking for artists to collaborate with us in 2026 on TWO upcoming projects, and if you love creating playful, cozy, emotional, or magical work… we want to see it.
Project One: Take a Fucking Breather
Wellness Activity Book
This project is all about slowing down, grounding, and releasing what no longer serves you, with a colourful, nostalgic, 80s/90s-inspired twist.
We are looking for 4 artists to contribute 2 pieces each.
What we’re looking for:
-Activity pages, prompts, or illustrative graphics
-Art that supports rest, self-care, reflection, or emotional release
-Playful, comforting, and visually engaging designs that fit a wellness-focused activity book
Project Two: Anxiety Colouring Journal, Luminous Hollow.
Enchanted Fairytale Colouring Pages
We are seeking 4–5 artists to contribute colouring page illustrations for Luminous Hollow, an enchanted fairytale–inspired anxiety colouring journal.
Artwork themes include:
-Enchanted and fairytale-inspired imagery
-Nature, magic, and soft mystical elements
-Mysthical creatures, animals, and character-focused illustrations
-Dreamy forest scenes and enchanted environments
-Mystical nature pieces and enchanted dragons
Detail level:
Our customers tend to prefer low to medium-detail colouring pages, with medium detail being ideal. Artwork does not need to be highly intricate or overly complex. We value clarity, flow, and a colouring-friendly experience.
That said, we ask that you submit work that you feel fairly represents your time, skill, and creative voice within the flat rate offered. Quality, intention, and cohesion with the theme are more important than complexity.
Additional notes:
-This project focuses on colouring page illustrations, not full spreads with heavy backgrounds
-We are especially interested in character art, mystical animals, and softly enchanted nature scenes
-A mood board will be provided upon acceptance to guide the overall tone, aesthetic, and themes for both projects
The details:
- Canvas Size: 8.5 x 11 inches
- Compensation: $50 CAD per piece (flat rate)
- Rights: You keep full ownership of your artwork (Unlimited licensing details shared upon acceptance)
- Perks: All contributing artists receive one free copy of the finished book, shipped to you
- Applications Close: January 9, 2026
- Final Artwork Due: January 30, 2026
Requirements:
Ability to submit high-quality digital artwork (PNG or PSD preferred). Artists who cannot submit digital files are still welcome to apply, but digital submissions will be prioritized. Must be comfortable working within a themed creative brief.
