Yoga Holiday Session runs 11/18-12/20 (no class week of thanksgiving) Exclusive Trinity Lutheran Students ages 2-4. 30 minute classes held either Tues 3 pm or 3:45 pm or Fri 3 pm or 3:45 pm. grouped by age.

Liability Waiver*
I hereby agree to the following: That I and/or my child(ren) are participating in the Yoga classes from Brave House Yoga, LLC doing business as Little Lions Yoga during which we will receive information and instruction about yoga. I recognize that the above requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga classes. I represent and warrant that I and/or my child(ren) are physically fit and I have no medical condition, which would prevent our full participation in these yoga classes. It is my responsibility to opt out from practices at any point, which I deem we are unfit or unsuitable during the practice. Therefore, in consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga sessions,I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I/we might incur as a result of participating. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga class I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Brave House Yoga, LLC doing business as Little Lions Yoga or the Teacher Lizbeth Fernandez for injury or damages that I/we may sustain as a result of participating in these programs. I hereby take full and sole responsibility from any liability of loss or damage to personal property associated with yoga classes or any other events. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Brave House Yoga, LLC doing business as Little Lions Yoga or its employees for any injury caused by their negligence or other acts. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. Upon booking a class with Brave House Yoga, LLC doing business as Little Lions Yoga, I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above under my own free will.
