One-On-One Career Counseling
As part of our efforts to support urology residents transitioning into their careers, we’re building a supportive network of practicing urologists who are willing to mentor and guide trainees preparing to enter the workforce.

By joining this initiative, you’ll be connected with residents seeking insights on career development and the realities of life after training.

You can participate in one or both of the following ways:
- Be part of our mentorship database so residents can reach out to you directly for one-on-one career conversations.
- Share your insights in a short video, offering the advice you wish you’d known, or the tips you believe would help residents as they begin their professional journeys.
Your involvement, in whatever form it takes, will help strengthen our community and inspire the next generation of urologists.

If you choose to submit a video, you may include:
- Advice you’d share with new graduates entering practice
- Things you wish you had known as a resident or early-career urologist
- Insights from your own career path
- Words of encouragement for residents navigating their next steps
You can record the video on your phone or as a Zoom recording — whatever is easiest for you.

Whether your video is short or long, please share whatever feels authentic and helpful.
