Both the undersigned and Mega Security Services, LLC. understand that the Company mayunilaterally change or revise their benefits, policies and procedures and such changes may includereduction in benefits. Additionally, upon hire the site, shift hours and location my change during the courseof employment with Mega Security Services, LLC I authorize investigation of all statements contained in this application.
