Waiver of Liability:

By submitting this form, I acknowledge the risk in physical activity during dance, fitness, and movement classes and release Dirigo Conservatory of Movement from all liability of injury that may occur while participating in said risk.
Payment is due at the start of the first class and can be made in the form of credit card, cash, check to Dirigo Conservatory of Movement, or Venmo @dirigoconservatoryofmovement

Annual Registration Fee $25 per family, due at the time of registration.

6-Week Session Tuition

$75 for a 30 minute per week class

$85 for a 45 minute per week class.

Monthly Tuition if registering for the full year program (based on number of hours per week)

*Prices listed are monthly through May. Students ages 3 up also have the option of performing in the Year End Performance if they are registered for the final (V) session of the year or the full year program. This is a 1-1.5 hour storyline based performance and costumes are rented from our Costume Collection for a $25
