PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:

All professionals in the field of design within the Performing and Audiovisual Arts, whether or not they belong to the Association of Performing and Audiovisual Plastic Artists of Spain (AAPEE), may participate.

Participation is free of charge.

The images must belong to productions premiered between 2021-2022 (from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2022).
You must complete the artistic record according to this online form for each of the productions to which the submitted photographs correspond.
The photographs must always be in a horizontal or landscape orientation (i.e., greater width than height).

For stage projects:

You must manage the permission from the photographer; this permission is mandatory. Without it, we cannot include your photographs in the publication. To do this, you must send the authorization indicating the photographer's name (or copyright owner) of the submitted photographs, and that the photographer has given permission for the use of the photographs by the participant for this publication. Each participant will manage the permission from the photographer (or copyright owner). This document is mandatory, and each participant will be responsible for it. If you are the photographer, you must indicate it and complete the authorization with your name. If you are not, you must attach the photographer's authorization or a sworn statement that you have received such authorization in writing as indicated above.
The participant agrees to accept the decisions of the AAPEE editorial board for the publication.

For audiovisual projects:

You must manage the permission from the production company. This permission is mandatory. Without it, we cannot include your photographs in the publication. To do this, you must send the authorization indicating the name of the production company and the authorization.

The maximum valid deadline for submitting documentation (*)

is June 15, 2024, at 11:59 PM
