The declarations represent a legally binding agreement and should only be entered into after considering all applicant guidance carefully. Providing false or misleading information in the application will result in accredited member status being withdrawn and a ban from reapplying for 5 years.

  • 🏁 Professional Conversation

    How to prepare for the final part of the Application Process: your Professional Conversation with a UCA Assessor.
  • The final part of the UCA Coach Accreditation Process is to have a 20 minute Professional Conversation with a UCA Assessor.

    The purpose of the conversation is to give you the opportunity to:

    • Elaborate on any areas of your application that the Assessors feel need further clarification
    • Showcase a practical example of your work
    • Demonstrate how you ensure ethical compliance in your practice

    You will be asked to provide the following information:

    1. A short context of the coaching you deliver
    2. Demonstrate understanding of the UCA Coach Competency Framework
    3. Provide an example of when you successfully worked with a client through a challenging scenario
    4. Give an example of how you ensure ethical compliance in your practice 

    You will be contacted within 14 days of submission of your application to arrange your Professional Conversation. These take place during the second week of each month with a panel of Assessors who have been trained in assessing UCA applications.
