Our telehealth platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing patient privacy, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Your telehealth sessions will be conducted using secure, encrypted communication channels to ensure the confidentiality of your personal and medical information.

While telehealth services offer convenient access to healthcare, it's important to be aware of their limitations and potential risks. Insurance Coverage: Please note that our telehealth services are typically not covered by health insurance. However, as a member of our DPC practice, your membership fee covers the cost of telehealth consultations as part of your comprehensive healthcare benefits. You may still use your health insurance for services not covered under our DPC membership agreement, such as specialist referrals or hospital care.
