AUTHORIZATION TO REPRESENT AN INDIVIDUAL TAXPAYER IN AN APPLICATION FOR CORRECTION OF PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT

Terms and conditions:

I Grieve You Save will make every reasonable effort to communicate the terms of any offer of settlement made by Nassau County in the course of the tax assessment review process.
I Grieve You Save charges a flat fee to perform our property tax grievance service.
Payment is due before a tax grievance will be filed. Payments received after final filing date are subject to a $25 fee
You are not required by law to use a tax reduction service in order to file for and/or receive a tax assessment reduction.
I Grieve You Save will not represent clients in any Small Claims Court Proceedings. You are able to use any representative/lawyer to perform this service.
I Grieve You Save makes no guarantees of any tax assessment reduction.
There are no refunds given if a tax assessment reduction is not received.
I Grieve You Save is only liable for the amount paid to perform the property tax grievance service.
If you would like to cancel. please let us know within 3 days of signing this form. I Grieve You Save is not obligated to refund your payment in the case of a duplicate filing by another firm.

Filing period ends on March 3, 2025. Please submit your form and send payment upon submission.
