By signing below I agree and understand that T3 activities involve physical activities and may have a small risk of injury. In consideration for my child’s participation in this activity, I hereby agree to hold T3 Triple Threat Youth Mentors (T3), or any of its affiliates harmless for any injury to myself/my child resulting from me/my child’s participation.

I will not sue T3 or any of its affiliates for any injury, loss of property, or damage resulting from my child’s participation in this activity. I agree that participants are expected to follow all rules and instructions set out by the instructors at T3.

Additionally, I give my permission and understand T3 may use any photos and video footage taken for future promotional purposes.

Dare to Dream JR – Tuition & Financial Support:

Tuition for Dare to Dream JR is $360 (or 3 monthly payments of $120). This includes over 80 hours of professional training in voice, dance, and acting, and the opportunity to perform in a fully staged Disney musical.

We believe every child deserves access to the arts. That’s why we offer three participation tiers designed to meet families where they are—without compromising quality or dignity.

We believe every child deserves access to the arts. That’s why we oﬀer needs-based scholarships that typically cover up to 50% of tuition. Just let us know if cost is a concern—we’re here.

Parents Get a Chance to Shine, Too!

We believe that contributing—both financially and through time and talent—deepens a family’s investment in the experience. That’s why we ask all parents to volunteer during our productions, helping us maintain the quality and integrity of our shows.

This shared commitment strengthens our community and ensures T3 continues to thrive for years to come.

Together, we make the arts accessible, inclusive, and sustainable.

You can also support us by:
- Volunteering a few hours in class or behind the scenes
- Helping out at our Taco Tuesdays or Ice-Cream Days at the Rec Center
- Brainstorming your own mini-fundraiser among friends and neighbors

All scholarship recipients must be willing to sign a commitment agreement. Missed classes or unexcused absences could result in loss of their scholarship.
