Please Note:
Church Event Space is reserved for Church functions and Church Members.
All event spaces should be tore down to the next event/service that is happening in that space. All items pertaining to event should be taken down prior to the next service.
All food and kitchen items (dirty dishes or food messes) should be remedied immediately to reduce the risk of insects, smells, or bacteria.
All lights, A/C unites, and locks should be appropriately turned off/down at the end of each event.
All people in attendance should be aware of the liability should any damages or issues occur while on site. The church and church leaders are not responsible for damages at an event and release liability should issues arise.
Utilizing an event space for internal Fundraisers are limited to 2 per year. Outside fundraisers are acceptable for your ministry.
