Bands must acknowledge and accept the following to participate:
- Every member of the band is expected to be present for the sound check on date performing
- Set lists need to be reviewed and approved by the staff, and they should not contain any explicit lyrics.
- Must be a Yuma area based band
- Prior to being accepted into the competition, all band members are obligated to meet with the staff. During this meeting, they will be given a tour of the venue and discuss instrumentation.
- All Battles to be held at https://www.facebook.com/SageandSandCocktailLounge outdoor stage.
- Winners of each battle will move on for a paid show at the Yuma Historic Theatre as an opening act
- EEP to provide sound system and each act must use drums provided
- Musicains to provide own guitars, amps, boards, etc. There will be a quick change of bands.
- All bands can enter in all three categories. Musicains can play in multiple bands.
- Performace length TBD by number of band entries. Minimum 30 minutes.
