    Many enhancements you have full control over via our interfaces, and controls per relevant platforms or services or via your own processors or sub processors. Please ensure to read our Terms, Policies and Default DPA unless you have separate agreements. It is your responsibility to manage your service and we can support with options below but at all times you need to manage the specification and integration options but you must consider end to end service and workflows and all data responsibilities in any service integration request and workflow design.

  • Please note, for self build, you may use our tools and editors per our terms, policies and DPA listed on our website below.  In Turn Key - we can deliver you a working service that is build to your specifications as Data Controller.  ONce we deliver the turnkey solution outside of standard hosting, you are required to maintain the service content, terms, policies, design and overall upgrade maintenance either directly or by contacting Healthwoosh for further services.  As Data Controller your obligations in this regard are clear and if in doubt please do not proceed without clarification with Healthwoosh.
