To help me organize the booking process, and help me get an idea of what you're interested in, please fill out any relevant information below. If there is a question you don't understand or are unsure of, give a best guess and let me know at the end how I can help.

Once this form has been filled out you will be automatically added to my waitlist, and from there you will be contacted for more information. Responses may take anywhere from 2 days to a week.

Before we get started, there are some ground rules:
By signing the following, I acknowledge that Jade Foxx is a graduate of Emily Carr University of Art and Design and holds a Bachelor's Degree of Fine Art in Illustration. I acknowledge and respect the training Jade Foxx has received in the fields of illustration, fine art, and art history. I trust their knowledge and process of their craft.

You have permission to share the work publicly and display for private use. Any alteration or reproduction of the work, especially reproductions that will be used commercially or for profit, is strictly prohibited unless approved by The Artist in writing. Failing to do so is a crime and may result in legal action. You are prohibited from using any work by Jade Foxx to train or be used in or by AI.Social media sharing and other public distribution of artwork are vital for marketing and publicity purposes of The Artist. This includes but is not limited to, the artwork being displayed on The Artist’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, website, studio, brochures, web and print advertisements and business documents. The Client consents to completed work, as well as reference photos, being used for these purposes.
