If you booked directly with Circus Circus Las Vegas, please fill out the Reservation Cancellation form. If you did not book directly with Circus Circus Las Vegas, please submit your cancellation through the website that you utilized to book your reservation with (Expedia, Booking.com, Priceline, etc.).
