Vendor Set-Up: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Vendor Take Down/Clean Up: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

We are not accepting food or beverage vendors.

All other vendor types are considered- crafts, art, jewelry, readers, healers, bodyworkers etc. We prefer natural body products or oils that do not contain chemicals.

PLEASE NOTE- All vendors must provide a cart or wagon to bring their supplies to the vending area from the street, vehicles are not allowed to pull up to vendor spaces except a few who are vending in the front parking lot (for mobility needs). We have three areas for vendors, the front lot, the side of the buidling along the grass, and behind the building.

Pagan Pop Up reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit, exhibitor or proposed exhibit not approved by it and to permit only such matter and conduct as it may approve. This reservation covers persons, things, conduct, printed matter, advertisements, souvenirs and emblems, and all else that affects the event.

The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring and operating organization, Mystic Market and World Beat Center, its members, officers, directors, and volunteers against any or all damages to property or personal injury or loss caused by the Exhibitor or his agents, representatives, volunteers or any other person.

Exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all injury to any and all persons or property or in any way connected with the Exhibitor’s display or caused by the Exhibitor, his agents, representatives, or volunteers.

Vendor fees are Non-Refundable and Not transferable to another month. Send this application only if you agree to these terms. You will be notified if your application is accepted within 3 days of applying.
