    Community Comes First
    Inspire and Serve develops service opportunities in collaboration with our community partners. Projects are guided by community-identified needs and our commitment to dignity, safety, respect and responsible service.

    Safety & Safeguarding
    Some service experiences may involve children, youth, women, families or other vulnerable populations. Depending on the activity, participants may be required to provide identification, complete appropriate screening or background checks, follow safeguarding requirements, serve under supervision, or provide additional documentation.

    I/we agree to follow applicable safety requirements, codes of conduct and guidelines established by Inspire and Serve, our community partners and applicable Jamaican law, including relevant child-protection requirements.

    Planning & Commitment
    Customized service experiences require advance planning and coordination. Any project-specific responsibilities, costs, commitments, timelines or cancellation terms will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before the experience is confirmed.

    Serving With Respect
    I/we commit to approaching service with cultural sensitivity, integrity and respect, recognizing that meaningful service begins with listening to communities and responding to what they identify as important.

    Inspire and Serve may decline or discontinue participation when conduct or circumstances could compromise the safety, dignity or well-being of participants, our partners or the communities we serve.

    Programs, signature initiatives and original materials developed by Inspire and Serve remain the intellectual property of Inspire and Serve. They may not be reproduced, independently implemented, or represented using Inspire and Serve's name, branding or proprietary materials without prior written permission.
