Terms and Conditions for Costume Hire

1. Introduction

Welcome to Paris Costume Hire. By hiring costumes from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Hire Period

The hire period begins on the date the costume is collected or delivered and ends on the agreed return date. Any extension of the hire period must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional charges.

3. Hire Fees: The hire fees are as specified at the time of booking. Full payment must be made prior to or at the time of collection/delivery.

4. Costumes must be returned by the agreed date and time. Late returns will incur additional charges.

5. Condition of Costumes

All costumes are checked for quality before hire. It is the hirer’s responsibility to inspect the costume upon collection and notify us immediately of any damage or defects.

6. Use of Costumes

Costumes are hired for personal use only and should not be used for commercial purposes or further hire. Costumes must be used with care and respect.

7. Damage and Loss

7.1 Damage: The hirer is responsible for any damage incurred during the hire period. Repairs will be charged to the hirer.

7.2 Loss: In the event of loss, the hirer will be liable for the full replacement cost of the costume.

8. Cleaning

Costumes should be returned in the same condition as they were hired. A cleaning fee may be applied if costumes are returned dirty or stained.

9. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the hire date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the hire date may incur a cancellation fee.

10. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the hire process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

11. Liability

Paris Costume Hire is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the hired costumes.
