Thank you for enthusasm to MDIC and your efforts in advancing Medical Extended Reality (MXR or MedXR) ecosystem for the benefit of patients. We are now charting the course for future MXR initiatives at MDIC, including the next iteration of the MXR Summit, slated for November 2025.

As a subject matter expert and enthusiast in the MXR field, your feedback will be invaluable for us, and also we would like to gauge your interest to contribute to the collaborative work in the pre-competitive space along with colleagues from industry, FDA, other stakeholder groups.
1. MDIC MXR Initiative is expanding its portfolio, which will include patient-facing applications in addition to the current focus on clinician-facing applications such as surgery planning, therapeutic interventions, and surgery.

We are inviting subject matter experts from the ecosystem to join and collaborate with MDIC on this effort to identify the critical evaluation gaps and challenges associated with patient-facing MXR devices. Will you be interested to join us on such an initiative?
