Buses

It is the responsibility of the field trip organizer to secure student transportation to and from the theater. Contact your school district's Transportation Department as soon as possible to reserve buses for your group.

Parking

The theater parking lot is for authorized vehicles only during school hours. Street parking is very limited.

Shuttle Service

Ample free parking is available at Lake Poway. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the theater is provided by Poway OnStage.
Transportation Scholarship

Poway OnStage has a limited number of transportation scholarships available. The maximum award amount is $200 per bus.

Ticket Confirmation and Invoice Process

An email confirming your reservation request will be sent upon submission of this form.

PLEASE NOTE: Seats are first come, first served and are not secured until a payment or purchase order is received.

Invoice Process

Within 5 business days of the receipt of your reservation request, you will be emailed an invoice via Poway OnStage's PayPal Business account (sender address is "service@paypal.com"). The biller information on the invoice identifies our organization as "Poway Center for the Performing Arts Foundation." Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not receive the invoice within a week of your order.

Payment can be made by PayPal/Credit/Debit card, check or purchase order.
