We believe in investing in our people and offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance with 50% of the employee premium paid by the salon, one week of paid vacation, and three paid wellness days each year.
Education is at the heart of what we do. Team members are eligible for up to 50% reimbursement on approved advanced education outside the salon, allowing you to continue growing your skills and career.
