Why can't I order directly from Cambridge?
In order to save costs for RJDS families, we use a bulk ordering system with Cambridge Uniforms and iKippah, and have a parent volunteer to pick them up from North Vancouver (only for scheduled orders). After the submission deadline (invoices must be paid), the committee will submit a bulk order to Cambridge.
What if I need uniforms in between bulk ordering periods?
We understand that kids grow and new families join the school mid-year, so we want to be as accommodating as possible for urgent situations. However, this is a volunteer committee and each order takes time, so please understand we cannot make guarantees outside of the regularly scheduled orders. Contact Robin Nider from the committee directly (ask the office for her contact information) to learn your options. Keep in mind that each order to Cambridge must include a minimum of (6) branded items and if it's not a committee-scheduled order, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
When and how will I receive my order?
From the time we place our order with Cambridge, you should expect to receive your items in 4-6 weeks during the regular school year. During back to school season, orders can take up to 8-10 weeks. The items will be delivered to the school and you will be notified when they are ready for pickup.
