Conditions and application requirements

1. Base School Assignment:
* Each assistant must select a base school.
* A minimum of four shifts per month must be completed at the base school before working at other locations.

2. Work Frequency:
* Assistants must work a minimum of four shifts per month at their base school.

3. Employment Restrictions:
* Assistants are not allowed to have another full-time/part-time job that involves teaching English.

4. Qualifications:
* Must be a university student or above.
* Must be comfortable working in an all English environment.

5. Pay
* The pay will start at 1350 yen per hour.
* There will be opportunities for pay raises (昇給).
