Integrated Operations Centre (IOC): The central coordination hub that oversees airport operations from landside to airside, including facilities management, aircraft movements and parking, airline on-time performance and importantly, ensuring a positive passenger experience.
Terminal Coordination: Monitor and enforce the efficient and safe operation of the terminal buildings.
Airfield Design: Ensures the safe movement and parking of aircraft while complying with regulations and optimising the use of airfield infrastructure.
Retail and Hospitality: Managing and developing the retail and hospitality businesses across the airport precinct.
Airport Planning: Airport planning develops Melbourne Airport's 'vision' for airport development so that we are ready for passenger and freight growth.
