Ramsey County has partnered with C.A. Ellis & Associates to attract the interest of the Black Community. This is a phased project with the goal of building authentic and effective relationships between the community and county to align and highlight Mental Health resources offered within the community—by the people for the people. Ramsey County wants to narrow the gap and build the bridge by confronting real issues and supporting those who work to solve them. You have the opportunity to be a part of this! We want you to be a part of this! Similar to phase one, which emphasized 'Black-centered design,' this phase consists of getting right in the "thick" of it, partnering with organizations that are down with elevating Mental Health resources. You may ask how this will be executed.
