2024/2025 Social Groups Registration

PLEASE READ ALL POINTS BEFORE REGISTERING!

*Currently our groups are only equipped for children that need extra help in the areas of social skills in the absence of behavioral goals. These are kids with OR without diagnoses (Level 1 ASD, ADHD, social communication disorder) that can speak and interact and communicate but struggle with topic maintenance and expansion, making or keeping friends, relating to peers, appear inappropriate in conversations at times, struggle with self regulation socially, think in “black and white” and struggle with social perspective.

*Our groups are for SOCIAL skills, meaning if your child is in need of behavioral support, for their best interest, we will need to refer you to a group that can provide that behavioral support. We will be focusing on social aspects and redirectable social behaviors only. If your child struggles behaviorally with escalated or physical outbursts, can not follow directions, struggles with transition to a point where it is difficult to interact in the activities, or struggles with oppositional behaviors, we can provide you with some referrals to better suit your child’s needs.

*Please note that if your child needs more assistance than we can provide, we will need to refer your child to a practice with groups more suited for your child’s individual needs for the best of your child’s developmental success. No refunds can be issued for the month when this is the case.

*After initial registration, tuition will be billed monthly on the last business day of the previous month. For example, for September’s tuition, your payment will be withdrawn in the method that you selected on the 26th of August for September’s tuition.

*If at any time you no longer wish to be enrolled in social groups, we require a week’s notice so that we can notify someone on the waiting list that they have a space. No refunds can be given if a student is withdrawn before the end of the month when tuition has already been paid.

*Each group must have a minumum of 4 students enroll for that group to begin. We will refund deposits made if any groups do not fill.

Please choose the social group you would like to register your child for. Groups will begin the week of September 4th and continue throughout the school year. You will be billed for September tuition at the end of July and receive an email link to fill out the necessary paperwork as well. Payment of September tuition confirms your spot in the group. Social groups are now billed as monthly tuition, $200 each month. We have built in 1 sick day each semester so if your child misses a day, no worries you did not pay for the absence and if they do not miss a group, you will be getting 2 free group sessions over the school year. Holidays are accounted for in the tuition as well. Your next payment will be billed though our online platform and due September 30th for October's tuition.
