As signing up to be a part of cocktail week and being a participating venue you agree to the following when clicking the 'sign up for cocktail week' button.
As part of Cocktail Week we expect your venue to work with our dedicated team, please understand they are here to try help maximise your return during this event.
You will be sent a marketing pack for your business, which includes social media posting. We expect this to be posted with the guidance provided. This has been created to promote your offering, and the fact you are part of this event.
After the event, you will be sent a feedback survey. This must be filled out within 48 hours of receiving.
Our team will provide you with print assets to display within your venue during the lead up of the event. Please ensure these are on display for the lead-up, and the full duration (10 days) of Cocktail Week.
Coventry Cocktail Week (M.ad Agency Ltd) reserves the right to withdraw bar participation or cancel the event at any given time and are not responsible for any financial loss or impact on businesses. Participating bars agree to indemnify M.ad Agency Ltd. against all claims or damages arising from injury or damage to persons or property.
By agreeing to be a part of cocktail week, event organisers are permitted to share the information you have provided including your offering for cocktail week, contact details, images and logos.
To be a part of Cocktail Week, you agree to the follow the official event guidance. Event organisers are permitted to refuse any deals or offers that are not compliant with official cockail week guidance.
Signature Cocktail
If you are a licensed premise, to be a part of cocktail week, you must offer at least one discounted signature cocktail for the full 10 days of the event.
Any offers must be exclusive that only cocktail week customers can redeem when they show their wristband. You cannot limit the amount of discounted cocktails available on each day to wristband holders.
You must let event organisers know what your signature discounted cocktail is, its name, description and specs. This cocktail cannot change for the event once submitted.
All cocktails will be then subject to approval by the organisers and comply within the deal guidelines that are set out by the organisers.
Offer
For non-licensed premises, you must have an offer that is available for the full duration (10 days) of cocktail week which is exclusively available for wristband holders. Any terms and conditions associated with this offer must be communicated to the team when this offer is initially sent.
You cannot limit the number of times this offer is redeemed (the only exception to this is if your venue is fully booked or at full capacity). This offer cannot change for the 10 days of the event.
