  • Please note: There is a minimum order of 20 servings per order. 

  • Upload a picture of the style of cake you are after, which will be included in your message to us.  An image of a cake you have found on Google or Flickr, or a picture you may have drawn yourself.  The more ideas you are able to show us, the closer we can get to designing your perfect cake.

  • Southern Bliss Bakerie Policies:
    I will contact you within 2 business days to discuss your design, and then you will receive an invoice within 24 hours. Deposit Payment (30% of total) must be received to book your date. Full payment must be received at minimum 24 hours before your set pickup/drop-off time. Once the cupcakes are picked up they are your responsibility to keep safe. They may be fragile so they should be handled with care. Heritage Sweets does not offer refunds, but we know life happens so we do our best to be flexible. You may reschedule your pick up date or cancel your order for credit up to two weeks prior to your pick up date for a fee of 20% of your order cost (capped at $50). Orders must be picked up or someone is available to receive the order at the time agreed upon.
