     Heart and Hustle Community Market presents 1800 Davie Series. We would love to see this mini market flourish with a diverse group of audiences. Vendors are invited to this event but HXH will also hand pick and carefully curate. Our objective is to ensure categories varied and each niche is unique from one another.     *these are outdoor markets and we ask vendors to bring all supplies needed when joining our market

    Cancellation: 
    Communication must be made 14 days priort to the host via email. 
    80.oo (will be refunded via sqaure) Less than 14 days communication HXH will not be providing refunds to the vendor. No other forms of communication will be accepted other than email. 

    Due to high volumes of applicants, we will only contact those who are accepted. Note our markets fill quickly, especially jewlery therefore it is more than possible to see our post and certain categories are filled. We can add you to the waitlist but priority will always be assortment vs replacing the same category. 

    Booth Request:
    We dont not create floor plan based on vendor request. We feel our market needs to be fair and categories must be dispersed evenly for sucess of all our vendors. We do not favour any vendor over the other, based on "best placement". Only very specific vendors are placed based on product (sun or heat damage).

  •  The location of the vendor/s will be established/assigned 3-5 days prior to the event date by the Hustle and Heart organizers. Such location is subject to change as necessary and in the best interest of the organizers, without notice. Choice of stalls will be at the discretion of Heart x Hustle (the morning of the event there maybe last moment changes), their decision will be final.

  • •Stalls must be set up Sunday early morning (945/10AM Loading) and ready for the event at 10:45AM. All stalls must cease at 6:00pm and be packed up by 7:00pm. The vendor will ensure that the business is staffed during market hours. To present a uniform image to our customers, all vendors must open and close in accordance with the established event hours.

    • Stalls site and adjacent areas must be left in a clean and tidy state, with no rubbish left behind as per city and contract agreement.

  •  • Heart x Hustle reserves the right to expel any stall holders if they sell any other products/services, other than that which they have stated to promote or sell (unless denoted and discussed prior). In such cases any deposit monies paid to Heart x Hustle will be non refundable.

  •  • Insurance loss, damage and Public Liability will be the responsibility of the stall holders, and anyone holding event activities. Heart x Hustle will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by stall traders, contents, equipment or damage caused by stallholders, or vehicle damage or theft of personal propertyowned by stall holders and event activity holders. We advise you to purchase insurance or handle damages at your discretion.

  •  • Fast food, soft drinks, water and fruit juices, must not be sold at Craft stalls, or any other stall other than food stalls.

  •  • Rent is due in full before you arrive onsite to confirm your space for the above-noted date(s). Payment must be made by e-transfer or also be taken online via Square and receipt of the payment will be emailed. Failure to pay will result in an immediate cancellation. Fee + GST cost per stall to be paid 10 days prior to the community event to Heart x Hustle. (unless denoted on your Sqaure invoice) 

  • •The term of this agreement is non-exclusive and revocable. This agreement to commence the __________ all obligations of the Vendor outlined herein are in effect as of this commencement date. Scheduled date(s) of occupancy are as noted above. Additional dates may be scheduled in writing to the organizers, pending availability of space. Such additional bookings to be under the same terms and conditions contained herein.

  •  • In the event that the Vendor wishes to cancel this Agreement, the organizers must be given thirty (30) days written notice, on or prior to the first day of the calendar month. Cancellations must be sent via email to heartxhustle@gmail.com. Verbal or Phone notice will not be accepted. Heart and Hustle will commit to returning 50.00 CAD to the vendor if the above is completed

  •  • By signing the below, vendors have authorizied Heart and Hustle to use photos, video and other marketing assets for social media and outreach.  

    • Heart and Hustle is approved to take photographs of vendors and content during the duration of the market and will utilize for future media outreach approved by the vendor

  • • Lastly, this is a safe enviornment for all. There will be zero tolerance for unacceptable behaviour and unapprecited vulgar comments. Vendors agreeing to this form will treat one another with respect and dialogue with professionalism. Should vendor fail to do so, HXH has the authority to remove the aggressor from the market and expel individuals from future events without refund.

    Friendly reminder - HXH requires 4/5 business days to reply to applications and any discussions via social media. Feel free after 4/5 business days to contact us, should we be unable to fit you into a specifc date. We will do our best to offer alternaties. 

    Please know we communicate emails Monday / Tuesday of the current market week. Group chats are Tuesday / Wednesday prior to the weekend market. This allows vendors a few days to ask questions if needed. If you do not hear after these days please send us a DM.
