LCMS Youth Gathering 2025

The youth of HCL are joining in with other Lutheran churches from across the world at the National Youth Gathering in New Orleans - July 2025!

The Gathering is an experience which has encouraged, strengthened, and deepened thousands of relationships with Jesus Christ. We encourage students to prayerfully consider taking this journey with the Hales Corners Lutheran Youth Ministry. This year-long process will also help inspire youth in their daily faith walk as we prepare for this great adventure!

The deposit is non-refundable and is the responsibility of the family.

If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please reach out to the Director of Youth Ministries, Noah Bauer at nbauer@hcl.org. We do no not want finances to keep anyone from coming, especially if you are registering multiple participants.

If you you plan to use money you have fundraised through the Youth Ministry at HCL for your non-refundable deposit, please contact Noah Bauer at nbauer@hcl.org. NOTE: This money is nonrefundable even though it is fundraised money. If you decide not to attend, this money will still be used for the Youth Gathering and not credited back to the student.
