1. Setup begins at 7am on October 5th, 2024 and must be completed by 8am to ensure all vehicles are moved to the back and away from the flow of customers.
2. Check-in with staff member upon your arrival at your designated space location.
3. Bring your tables, tablecloths, table decorations, etc. We can provide you with chairs if needed.
4. Bring your business cards, displays, signage, etc.
5. Services and fees are to be posted at your booth so customers can view them as they browse. CSL-AV does not dictate or receive any portion of your service fees.
6. This is a fundraiser for our Center; if you would like to donate an item for our “Raffle”, it is much appreciated.
7. Please share the event flyer with all your friends, family, and social media contacts for a successful and prosperous event.
